name changes
I would like a better way of entering name changes.
Why?
A lot of ancestors and relatives had to change their names under Napoleon.
Others changed their names when they emigrated to the USA.

Re: Google responds with zero Lat/Long
I am now using 2.9.8 on a MacBook Pro with Catalina. Now finally able to retrieve latitude and longitude which I could not with my iMac and older system. Still thousands of places to get their coordinates. Days of work.
Still getting a crash when trying to have a report of changes.

Re: dropdown for previous focal persons
I know, I'm a dinosaur using old systemsoftware. And my iMac is getting antique. When I migrate to a MacBook - now waiting for a still better model to come out - I'll put the last version of iFamily to the test. If I'm the only one experiencing this (and what's more on my old stuff) you can ignore m...

Re: Coordinates

As it is, I had saved them using Google maps. and have lost them for some places because Google turned out not to load them and filled coord...

Marriage dates an place not included in GEDCOM export
I exported around 12.000 individuals to a GEDCOM file. When imported in another genealogy application, the marriage dates and places failed to appear. I use OSX 10.7.5 and iFamily 2.523. This happened with Geditcom II, PAW and macfamilytree. I aslo would like more choices for exporting a part of the...
