Printing Ancesters/Descendants charts

Since upgrading iFamily to be compatible with macOS Mohaje, I can't print the above charts, or rather, the charts print, but no names! Suggestions?

Hi Tony,

The Ancestor & Descendent charts seem to print OK for me. At least up to the content of the print requester showing the names.

Have you tried 'Save as PDF' option?

I usually do this as it saves on paper and allows me to view and send to others. You can always print from Preview if it works though it is harder to spread over multiple pages.

Not sure of the last time I printed to paper but it may have been before Mojave. I will try later today.

Hi again,

Just tested and was able to print out an Ancestors chart and a Descendants chart complete with name, dates and notes.

I'm running 2.9.7 (the revised version which is the current download) and macOS 10.14.5

I don't think it is possible to turn off the names but you can set it for Full Name and adjust the colour - it isn't set to 'White' is it?
