I must have hit something odd and I can't find it to change it, so I would appreciate your help.

The names in my Context Page: e.g. Anne Webb are showing but today they are showing with (No Title/No Occupation) showing after them.

Where do I go to turn this off, please?

Go to Preferences (either through the Menu option or the light switch on the toolbar). You will see that the drop down box at the top has Title/Occupation in it, change this to any one of the other 14 options.

You can also use the scroll key on your mouse to change the option in this list when hovering over the focal person in the context diagram. This is probably how you changed it in the first instance.
