Re: Update for El Capitan
Hi Anne, yes I resolved it simply once I asked Warwick to walk me through the steps. I am not at home now - need access to my desktop to forward or post the reply I got from Warwick' to you in full. I will do this later tonight or tomorrow for you. Alternatively you could message Warwick and ask him...

Re: Update for El Capitan
Thanks for your reply Nigel. I have also been in email contact with Warwick. There is a problem with being able to access my family tree by clicking on the iFamily leaf icon in my dock. It just keeps giving me an error message. I have emailed Warwick about this and I hope he has a solution for me. T...

Hi Warwick, Thanks for all your trouble with this. I have now spent hours literally on the help line with Apple and there was apparently only one option - to copy over my entire desktop Apple to my mac book laptop and then they have said I should go through and delete what I don't want - well - that...

MacBook
Hi Warwick, After getting your reply and making many inquiries both on the Apple help line and at the Mac store in Chatswood, it would seem that I cannot transfer iFamily and all my pictures and documents over to an iPad - if it can be done, no one knows how. So I have abandoned the idea of an iPad ...

Change detail in family box on diagram
Hi,
My family diagram boxes which show 6 generations and which used to show the birth and death date below the name of the individual, now says; "No cause of Death". What have I done that changed it and how do I get it back to showing birth/ death/marriage dates.
Thanks
Melissa McCurdie
