I have read online about Fedex Kinko and found sites that have software to send the pdf to a Fedex Kinko office for printing. Is there something for a Mac?
If not, what is the max size that Fedex Kinko can print?

Large format printing
The family tree diagram is now A0 size. It takes 10 A4 pages. I want to print to s single pdf and have it printed. Where can I send to pdf for printing at this size?
