Re: Ancestor & Descendant Reports Not Working

Hi Nigel Thanks for letting me know that at least I'm not the only one with problems. I emailed Warwick last week after my initial post and included the 2 screenshots - I've not heard anything back! Until Warwick sits up and takes notice it looks like as far as reports go we are stuffed All the best...

Re: Ancestor & Descendant Reports Not Working

Hi Nigel

Thanks for your input - I'll email Warwick but I don't hold out any hopes of a fix as he never seems to have time to do anything.

Kind regards

That's what I'm doing Nigel, but I'm also creating a "ToDo" for each one so that i'll be able to find them all at a later date.

Re: Can't enter event dates

Hello Warwick

Thanks for the update - Ive just tried entering a date as 2 Sept 1884 and 2 September 1884 and I still get the message that its an invalid date - the brainiacs at Apple may be clever but no common sense

Kind regards

Hi Nigel

Ive got an iMac (Retina 4K Late 2015) and it automatically updated to Monterey V21.3.1 a couple of days ago.

Hello Jeff The simple answer is Yes! Go to Preferences and click on the menu bar at the top - probably set as "Show full name in diagram" and select "Consanguinity with Root person" this will give you the relationship between you and all people in your tree. If you want to calculate relationships be...

Hello Bill

You could use the "export BDM to iCal" from the File drop down menu.

I haven&#39t used the facility so don&#39t know what sort of results you&#39d get

Unable to find family tree

Hello,

Go to Finder - you should have a folder called iFamilyData, open that and your family tree ought to be there as an FtSql file.

Go to picture pane right click in the space above the titles - you should get a blue square picture outline showing and a menu - select remove picture and the offending titles should be gone!
