Hi Both Did you resolve? In trying to test this I have stumbled on another issue, any attempt to use the search box on people / notes... or comments... results in an instantaneous crash of the whole programme (in the case of the notes contains field crashes when you press return, but in the comments...

I am pretty sure there is no way to do this in iFamily. However if you open the CSV file in Excel use the "remove duplicates" icon and select the column containing the surnames and then select/copy the remaining unique surnames into a new spreadsheet and you will have your list.

For what its worth I'd add my vote to the suggested change that the A/S dialog box defaults to the last line in the source table - can't say its a great inconvenience but I always seem to end up scrolling down - alternatively if the source table could "remember" how it was last sorted or there was a...
