People Index
The People Index now displays consanguinity with the Focal Person for the person selected in the index.
Ancestors and Descendants Diagrams
A person may appear twice in a diagram when related people (e.g cousins) marry. In this case the highlighted path to the root person is now drawn for each instance of the ancestor or descendant.
Same Gender Spouses/Partners
You can now add same gender partners. In the context diagram Right Click on the Focal Person and select Same Gender Spouse/Partner from the pop-up menu. You may add a new person or attach an existing one. If a person has existing children by a previous relationship then the new (same gender) spouse may be unrelated to those children or may be related by a step, adopted or foster parent-child relationship. A child may not have more than one natural mother or more than one natural father.
Gedcom Import and Export
Added special handling for no-break spaces that may be embedded in textual data.

- Date Entry
The names of months may now be entered in full as well as their abbreviated form. For instance, iFamily for Tiger now accepts long months such as "September" (case insensitive) as a valid month. Previously iFamily would only accept sep, seP, sEp, sEP, SEP, Sep, SEp, SeP or 9 as a valid entry for the 9th month of the year. In V2.222.
Multimedia Files
Audio files can be dragged/dropped or copied/pasted onto any person. In V1.213 (1 Dec 2006)
Movie files can be dragged/dropped or copied/pasted onto any person. In V2.219 (6 Jul 2007)
Context Diagram - Adding a New Person
If you fail to press the Return key to commit data that you have entered into a 'ghost box' then you are asked what to do with the uncommitted data. In V2.213 (30 Jun 2007)
