Hi Barrie
You can drag/drop or copy/paste a sound or movie file into the Pictures pane in the lower half of the main window,
OR
You can drag/drop or copy/paste a sound or movie file onto any person in the Context Diagram
To play the file with the default application: Double click on it in the Pictures pane
To play the file with some other application: Right click on it in the Pictures pane and select the application to be used.
