When I imported a gedcom produced by Legacy several things were included in Comments that I would like to remove. Legacy creates a Unique ID code for Temple work. It takes the form in gedcom of " 1_UID3498548378" . This is now in Comments for over 10,000 people in my iFamily database. Is there a way, within iFamily, to do a global deletion of this kind of information? I have a lot of other unneeded info in Comments to get rid of as well.

I had that happen when I created a gedcom using Reunion. I was able to recreate the gedcom and set it so that Reunion would not generate a uid field. It may be possible to do the same in Legacy.
