Multiple databases and backups on Monterey

After I replaced my Mac Pro laptop with a M1 MB Air, I moved my iFamily files to the new storage. But I see now that I have multiple backups and databases on the M1 and its taking up lots of storage. How can I delete files to save just the current data?
