I have a small group of connected individuals that do not have any connection to the primary content of my database.
They are probably the result of a clean up of a GEDCOM import from another file and have been overlooked.
Is there any way to, say, select one individual from the group, find all of the individuals related, then delete them all in one action without disrupting the rest of the database?
Or is this something for the future?
I have used a Win PC database before (SQL Based) and it had the capability to do this job.
Any suggestions??
Delete a group of connected people
Delete a group of connected people
Under the "People" menu select "Prune minor dynasties and unconnected people". This will bring up lines and individuals not connected to the main tree. Select and delete - easy!
Hope that helps.
