Is this program still supported? My program has crashed and I sent an error report to support but no response as yet.

hi,

The program is supported by Warwick so I am sure he will respond as soon as he can.

Do you have any more details on your system and the nature of the crash so other users may be able to help?

Regards,

Nigel

Thanks for the reply - Warwick is working on the problem and thinks that it may be related to an image.

I have been using iFamily for some time without any problems at all. It happened as I was entering data, iFamily just disappeared and the automatic error email was generated. Restarting the computer didn&#39t help and I haven&#39t been able to open the program since.
