Dumb question but I'm having difficulty in finding out how to enter a person's parents' names, birthdates and birthplaces.

I use iFamily in Lion on a MBPro and have not been able to click on the shadow or other place to enter the sibling-in-law's parents etc.

Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Be sure that "Ghost Outlines" is checked in Preferences. To get to Preferences just left click on iFamily for Leopard in the tool bar at the top OR you can right click in any open area of the context diagram. Then you should have ghost outlines for father, step/adopted parent, mother, and child for the selected person, as well as ghost outlines of parents for the next three generations. At that point just left click on the desired ghost box.
