Crashes at launch

Post by daj » Wed Mar 28, 2012 7:58 pm

I've been away from my tree for a year or so but decided to get back on it.

In the interim I have upgraded to a MacBook Air and today I re-downloaded iFamily (following the link from the email sent to me years ago when I bought iFamily).

I seem to be running the latest version but as soon as I launch it gives me a crash report (start of it below).

I'm running OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion) as I am a developer with access to the pre-release. Is this relevant? No other Apps are having an issue.

thanks

Mountain Lion is the Problem, V2.532 is not aware of the new operating system.

Version 2.570 forward will work, I will email you the latest link.

Please be aware of the display issue in the prerelease of Mountain Lion, the text on the diagram is outside the boxes, for the moment.

daj,

You may need a compatible version of iFamily if you are working on OSX Mavericks:
