When you add a new person iFamily allocated the person a Numeric Id that is one larger than the highest Numeric Id that exists in the current database. When you use the Toolbar search field you can sort by Numeric Id by clicking on the column header.

To list all of people in the database enter a space character in the toolbar search field.

To search for a particular Numeric Id click on the Q in the toolbar search field and select Numeric ID from the drop-down list of search options.

You can also search and sort by Numeric Id in the People Index - and from there generate a CSV file if you need a printed list.
