Resizing Sources window

1. I cannot emulate the slowness when resizing the dialog window - please email me a screen grab of the window that is slow to resize.

2. I added the redundant menu options because someone asked me to. I will roll them up into a menu option that says Add/Modify/Delete or something like that.
