I've noticed with the SLGS field (LDS Sealing to Spouse) that it's not appearing under the events tab for some people. I have one couple where it appears for the wife, but not the husband. Others it appears for both, and others it's not there are all.
If I go to the family tab and press the arrow next to Wife to bring up the marriage record, I can see the event in there, however there is no option to edit the temple field.
For some I tried deleting the event and re adding it and got mixed results again. For those that appeared in the events tab, I was able to go in and edit it to add the Temple field.
I don't know whether this is a bug with the program or the user.
The LDS SLGS Events you mention above are posthumous events which are not normally displayed in the Events tabview, nor in the reports because they occur after a person's death date (if he/she has a death date). As you have found it is very confusing if one spouse has a death date and another does not have a death date.
In Version 1.208, for LDS Events only, the check on death date has been bypassed and all poshumous LDS Events are displayed and reported.
