Notes vs Comments vs Story

Post by mtpaper » Tue Oct 21, 2008 5:34 pm

Can we have a little brainstorming here about this?

What do you put in Notes vs Comments, vs Stories?

I'm thinking that I should put 'sensitive' matter into either notes or comments and exclude from reports.

Any suggestions or feedback from those who have been up and running? Or what the initial concept is behind these fields?

Thanks in advance

Thanks CuriousCat -
I had searched the forum for all three words at once, and hadn't found those posts.

Fortunately, I came to the same conclusion yesterday about how I planned to use Notes vs Comments, so that was fortuitous

Hi

I have added a new FAQ at

Where do I put Notes and Comments?

which may explain the way that iFamily was intended to handle the information in the Notes, Comments and Story fields.
