Are Hourglass Reports an option in iFamily?
If so, how do I request this report?

Hourglass report
A printed report showing ancestors/descendants on the same print out is not available as far as I know. However, it's so easy to do an ancestor or descendant diagram that you could print first one then the other. Wouldn't be that difficult to put them together.
Look at the top of the page where the individual's name is in the upper left portion. Just to the right of the name are two small squares. One with an A, the other with a D. Clicking on those will quickly generate either an Ancestor or Descendant diagram. When the diagram page is open, you can switch between the A or D just by clicking on the buttons in the upper left corner.
