I am working on finding out the source of this problem now. It is unexpected.

With now 2 reports of this occuring I would advise if you vitally require access to your family data this week then not to install snow leopard until I post here again.

If you are a member of the forum and have logged in, the following will take you to the download link for the install package:

Apologies for the cut-and-paste nature of all those emails i sent out thismorning, there were a couple i noticed with generic names still.

Thank you Warwick. A speedy and (so far, fingers crossed) successful outcome.

The data is there, I will try reports and exports etc to test it further.

Well done.

Many thanks Warwick. Loaded and working well - like the new Parent-Child Relationships Assessment but shows how much work I still have to do!

All versions of iFamily on this website have now been updated to V2.511 and 8% of customers have registered it already. :) Thanks for your quick takeup.

I have taken the liberty of shortening this thread a bit, thank you for your comments about iFamily but I thought I should remove some of the reviews of our competitors.
