Changing size chart

Post by Vernon » Mon Jul 12, 2010 8:27 pm

I&#39m not sure of terminology but the graph at the top of a page that shows the ancestors to the right gets smaller and smalller so that it is unreadable. How can the entire graph blocks for each individual be made as large as those of the children on the left without regard to the number of generations removed?

Thanks.

Hi Vernon,

As far as I know there is no way to do what you are asking.

As the number of generations displayed increases so there are more possible ancestors to be displayed in the same height of screen. Hence the blocks get smaller.

If you hover the mouse pointer over the ancestor a pop up display will appear with the information about that ancestor. This will disappear after a while but it should give you the info you need.

Also, if you click on an individual the box turns pink (on my colour scheme which is default) and the information at the bottom of the screen is about that individual.

Hope that helps in some way,

Nigel
