V2.531 - Born Married Died (BMD) Bug

Post by AndrewJ » Wed Dec 14, 2011 11:37 am

Hi,

A few members have reported that in the ancestor diagram, Born Married Died (B-M-D) is being incorrectly shown as C-N-E (transposed one letter forward), and that some extraneous figures are appearing in records (such as -64674614687).

I've logged this problem for a fix on Warwick's return. It seems to be a cosmetic error rather than one affecting data, so it should not be an ongoing problem. Thanks to all who reported this one.

In the interim, any suggestions as to what C,N and E could possibly stand for would be appreciated!

Oops, I remember doing this in testing, sorry. If this is a problem, edit the localizations.strings file directly.

1. right click on the application and choose ´show package contents´

2. find and edit the Locaization.strings text file for the BirthShort MarriageShort and DeathShort keys.

Otherwise i´ll fix it for you all in the next release.
