iFamily for Tiger hates a 12 inch screen, and does not really like a 13.3 inch screen.
- The minimum useable screen resolution is 1024 x 768 pixels.
17 inch screen is fine
20 inch screen is excellent
24 inch screen is superb
30 inch high resolution screen - oo la la.
And for the real pros
2 x 20 inch screens is very excellent
2 x 24 inch screens is very superb
2 x 30 inch screens and a 24 inch roll fed colour plotter - dream on
If you need to use a small screen (< 15" ) and any of the dialogs is too large for your screen then you can try one of the following options:
- Use Cmd+W (Apple+W) to close the dialog window.
- Move the Dock to the Left (or Right) side of the screen, or hide it.
- Right Click on the Toolbar and select " Icons Only" instead of " Icons and Text"
- Click on the green maximise button to make iFamily fill the screen.
- As a last resort - hide the Toolbar by clicking on the button in the top RH corner of the main window.

All going well, enjoying all the new features.

I'm surviving on a 12 inch without any problems. So well done Keith, making a program that performs on bigger screens, but also caters for the little guys. ~Luke

Yep, got to say - I use a 17" imac and its great, but looks better on my parents 20" . But, don't sell yourself short, I also use it on a 13" MacBook, and have no problems at all. It looks just fine !!
