You should have an option in Mail to send an attachment as " Windows friendly" . Perhaps you forgot to check that option when you sent the HTML doc you generated.

Thanks anyway for the reminder - its always worth checking to make sure the windows friendly is checked!

I've written to my cousin and asked her to confirm her OS also told her to open the file in her browser - I guess I'll just have to wait for her response.
