I'd love to see iFamily for Tiger add the ability to add witnesses (and their roles) to various events. For example, a birht event could include the name of the attending physician or midwife a bapstism could inlcude the officiant, godparents, etc.

Thanks.

Add Witnesses to events

I realize that my previous message left some details out. So here goes...

I would like to be able to link other people in my database (ie. witnesses) to an event. That way I can put in more details about the witnesses life to flesh out the story of my ancestors. That would be an easy way to see if my brother/sister was part of some event or if the witness is unrelated. The witness could have my event show up in their timeline too so that you could get a sense of what is happening in peoples lives.

If further clarification is needed please let me know.

Hi Mark

What you ask for was developed and then scrapped - the KISS principle was applied to it. It has never been removed from the ToDo list - just need to get a Round Tuit.

No it's OK you can keep them for a rainy day - you may need them. Anyway I already have a large pile of them in my top RH drawer - I think they are breeding - maybe I can I make a family tree of Round Tuits? - I know some of some of them are pretty old and some I think are very dead.
