No Default Picture

I have a number of persons for whom I have "pictures" - for example a scan of their death announcement, but no actual picture of the person. Unfortunately If I tell iFamily to show pictures when producing reports, I get the death announcement as the picture for that person.

I would like a "no default picture" option separately selectable for each person, so that I can supress showing of pictures on a person by person basis. My reports would then look much nicer

Hi Pete,

I think what you need is already in place.

On the Picture pane click on the Add Placeholder button at the bottom of the window.

This inserts a blank to prevent a picture from being displayed.

Hope that is what you wanted.

That does exactly what I want - thank you.

It goes to show that even after a couple of hundred hours of use there is still much I have to learn about this application.
