Having trouble downloading live version

Post by bfk » Sat Mar 03, 2012 7:22 pm

This is frustrating, but I can see how it could be overlooked. I've recently dedicated a Mac Mini Power PC for genealogy research (along with music for my home theater).

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to download the program with the exception of the trial version. When I attempt to put my login information in, I get the response that I need to purchase it. If I attempt to update it, I'm told I don't need to update the trial version. I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
I will be dedicating the remainder of my life to the, as of now, shameful lack of interest of children falling from buildings. Download my free app

Hi bfk,

To download the latest update, please use the link in this thread:

You will not require any login information as such, the Demo and Live versions of iFamily are essentially different programs.

Warwick.
