Closing window after opening image

Post by chadant » Tue Aug 26, 2014 3:12 pm

I am using a MacBook, running the latest version of OS X. When I open an image from Pictures, the window is so large that I cannot see the "close" button. I have to resort to Force Quit and then restart in order to continue. Anyone else have this problem?

Tony, I'm running on a 11" Macbook Air and the latest OS X with no problem viewing or editing the pictures and then closing. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Until I limit the panel to the window properly, COMMAND+W keys is the keyboard shortcut to close every dialog. (standard Mac behaviour, this will work in other programs too.).

Thanks! I'll try that. (I had never heard of command-W before. I'm not tech savvy. Too old)
