O'Shea not appearing in "finder" window

I have lots of O'Shea members in my family tree, but the 'finder' in iFamily refuses to recognise any of them.

Yet it recognises O'Connell members if I search for them so the O' is not confusing iFamily.

Can anyone clarify what I need to do to get the O'Shea members to also appear up on the right search slot between Levels and Font?

Or have I done something odd at inputting time...?
